Cake pears and chocolate chips


3 eggs
150 g caster sugar
raising flour 160g incorporated
2 natural yogurts (Jem Veloute)
50 g of chocolate chips
1 can of pears in syrup (225 g drained)


Preheat oven to 180°C. Drain the pears in syrup, cut into slices, and sprinkle the bottom of a cake pan. With a silicone mold, do not butter nor flour.
2 Combine sugar, cake flour (incorporated yeast), yogurt and eggs. Add eventually some vanilla flavoring. When the dough is smooth, add the chocolate chips and pour batter over the pears in pan.
3 Bake for 40 minutes in the oven at mid-height, at 180°C.
Turn out at the end of cooking on a platter.
